California Software (Calsoft) is pleased to announce the signing of a MoU with
Sawabeh Information Services Company (SISCOM), Riyadh to represent Calsoft for the
SmartSuite range of product solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle
East. SmartSuite delivers the complete range of eBusiness solutions customers need
for online buying, selling, auctions, reverse auctions etc.

Calsoft and SISCOM today signed a MoU. SISCOM shall partner with Calsoft to offer a
complete range of eBusiness solutions to their customers in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia and the Middle East. Ravindranath Country Manager Middle East of Calsoft said
that with this relationship we wish to share our rich experience in deploying
eBusiness solutions and to increasing our reach to customers in the Middle East
