Northcenter is thawing out and getting ready for the largest north side cookout of the summer. The eighth annual Ribfest will be June 10th from noon to 10 p.m. and June 11th from noon to 8 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue from Irving Park Road north to Warner, and we\'re turning the heat up to be bigger and better than ever. Not only are we hosting the finest fixin\'s from our local eateries, we are once again featuring tasty samplers of tangy, smoky heaven from the best rib restaurants in all of Chicago! Since our attendees have grown in number each year, we\'re throwing more on the menu to load up your plate. We are currently seeking market vendors and non-profit organizations who wish to promote or sell their products/services to an estimated 20,000 festival attendees. Businesses, individuals or non-profit organizations are able to take advantage of this promotional opportunity. As a market vendor, you may sell items at the event, distribute information about your company or provide an activity (i.e. face painting, game, drawing table, etc.) for the children or the seniors.
