Since I am not the only Timothy Williams in the world, confusion often arises with my chart. At one doctor appointment the nurse asked if I had lost a lot of weight recently. The medical chart in front of her listed my weight at over 300 lbs. Since I have never weighed that much, and recently lost about 40 lbs, I had no interest in another person\'s chart being applied to me.
