Press Release Body = This site presents a recent selection of works – paper works, drawings, paintings – by Francis Bala˙ (born 1938 in Saint Etienne).
A short biography as well as chosen quotations will help to find a way among the different images presented in chronological order.
Francis Bala˙, born in a family of fashion fabric manufacturers, has been impregnated from his youngest age with the coloured and multiple iconography displayed all year round before his eyes. No doubt this may be one of the reason why he always felts a need for creating images of his own, self taught, while working in international communication groups.
