elected twelve lawyers to serve on the Firm’s Management Committee for 2007. Peter
J. Riley was elected to his seventh term as the Firm’s Managing Partner. The other
members of the committee are:

Rhett G. Campbell serves as the Houston Office Managing Partner and Practice Leader
of the Firm’s Corporate Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.

Susan E. Coleman is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in
the Fort Worth office.
James W. McKellar is a member of the Firm’s Finance Practice Group in the Dallas
office.
Carlos E. Méndez-Peñate serves as the New York Office Managing Partner and is a
member of the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Dallas Parker serves as Practice Leader of the Firm’s International Practice Group
and is also a member of the Firm\'s Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the
Houston office.
