\'CEO\'s checklist for HR Effectiveness\', a tool designed by Maj. Gen. B. K. Bhatia, helps the CEO or Head HR of an organization to measure the effectiveness of their Human Resources Management functions. It is based on 20 most important criteria which constitute the framework of modern HR. Each criteria has a unique weight determined by the size of an organization.
“This is an initial version of the tool. In the coming times, more logics and sub tools will be added to make it industry specific”, says Maj. Gen. Bhatia. Commenting on the utility of this tool, he adds “It will help those CEOs who look at human resource as a vital asset. We can always interact & guide them on how to manage this resource better”.
Maj. Gen. Bhatia had an illustrious career of 35 years with the Technical services in the Indian Army before joining a TATA Group Company as VP - HR & Administration and Corporate Quality Head. He is the designer of their HR Policy Guidelines & employees \'Performance Management System\'. He also served with Tata Management Training Center (TMTC) as a Senior Consultant in HR & TBEM (a quality model based on Malcolm Balridge Quality Criteria). Currently he is managing EmpXtrack\'s HR consulting practice and products initiatives.
