Press Release Body: Kowloon, Feb 26, 2008 -- HKForex.com.cn begins second phase
operations of it’s online currency options trading platform. Launched today, and
officially unveiled, HKForex attempts to be the first online trade services platform
to focus on the foreign-exchange options markets in China.

The service, which is targeted at Asian Pacific clientele actively trading in
currencies, already has been met with widespread interest since it was first
introduced to the Hong Kong financial marketplace this past February.

During the past three months, 12 Hong Kong banks and brokerages have signed up for
the service, and hundreds of individuals now have access to options trading through
their brokerage accounts.

\"The initial few months of the HKForex operation have shown that there is a huge,
unsatisfied demand for quality foreign-exchange in the Asian Pacific market,\" said
Mr Kim Lee, analyst with Ming Pao Daily News, at today\'s official launch in Hong
Kong. \" Investors can hedge against foreign currency risk by purchasing a currency
option put or call. We believe that this demand will keep increasing as markets move
ahead toward the increased uncertainty in U.S. dollar instability in 2008. HKForex
is well positioned to meet this demand.\"

\"We\'re delighted with the early response to this joint product as it shows there is
demand for our premium coverage of the global foreign-exchange risk markets,\" said
Michael Tan, vice president, international sales and marketing, HKForex. \"We\'re very
pleased to have extended our commercial practices online and beyond.
