Hilton Head Island, SC, April 15, 2008 - Noodle Design Group, a Hilton Head Island,
SC based technology and design firm has launched its Internet Software Application
(ISA) designed to power medium sized and boutique real estate companies.

Doug Miller, President and Owner of MARS Real Estate Corporation, a boutique real
estate franchise company on Hilton Head Island, started the MARS The Real Estate
Store® concept to set himself apart from traditional brokerage firms. Technology has
always been an integral part of his plan.

Miller assembled a team to create Internet software applications to power his own
real estate business. Blake Smith designed and bundled the applications in an easy
to use platform. Smith is co-founder and inventor of Bidrunner, a patent-pended
software application used by the commercial construction industry, as well as,
co-founder and inventor of SecureRefer, a real estate agent – vacation rental
software application. “I am always interested in utilizing technology to influence
complex social networks,” says Smith.

The lack of good technology in the marketplace available to medium sized and
boutique real estate firms is what prompted Miller to start Noodle Design Group and
begin selling licenses for this technology around the country.

“The word is out and the areas REALTOR® community is talking about what they are
seeing online. What they don’t know is that the website is just the tip of the
iceberg,” says Miller. The company’s agents are excited about the applications and
recruiting has picked up and the ISA tools have allowed Miller to automate processes
that were once done by administrative employees. “The ISA is having a positive
impact on every aspect of the business,” says Miller.
