answered on accounting and legal issues

one of the members of the panel. Markwei Boye, accountant, registered IRS agent,
and noted author, who specializes in investor accounting will be the speakers at
National Real Estate Network kick off grand opening at a new location. Ralph Mark
Maupin, founder of the real investing club, announced the Real Estate Investing
Association has a new co-educational sponsor, Wayne County Community College
Entrepreneurial Department. The new location for all their meetings will be at Crown
Plaza Hotel, 8000 Merriman Road, Romulus, Michigan.

This meeting is designed for networking from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with vendors that
service small businesses, and real investors. Ralph Mark Maupin, host, said “many
our members are always asking for legal and accounting advice. So we have found the
best of the best to be our featured guests and to offer advice on items like the
following questions some of our members have sent in:”

• How do I hold property so I do not get sued?
• I owe a bunch of money and have huge debt. Is it true that you can get a reduced
payoff on the debt owed the IRS?
• I am an investor who has 10 properties in foreclosure; what are my tax and legal
consequences?
• What rules do you need to follow so you do not commit mortgage fraud?
• I am not getting along with my spouse; how can I buy property so my spouse does
not know and I can keep all profits generated for myself?
• I have a tenant I hate. He has not paid the water bill, his dog has used my doors
as a chewing bone, he is two months late on the rent, and when I call him he sings
me a country western song. Can I go over to the house when is gone and remove the
doors so when comes home, he will know it time to leave? I really want to know how
