Press Release Author: Leonard Mathes

Industry: Entertainment

Press Release Summary: An Artistic Alliance between Webster University and The
Repertory theater of Saint Louis, benefits not only each other but mainly the
community. They celebrate this alliance with the Reps new play.

Press Release Body: St. Louis, MO, August 10th. An artistic alliance between the
theatre Conservatory at Webster University and The Repertory Theatre of St Louis has
given St Louis and the neighborhood of Webster Groves the opportunity to enjoy
theatrical spectacles of first category.

The quiet suburban area of Webster Groves has been growing a lot in the past years
due to the exponential growth of Webster University. And this expansion, in this
case, has come with a meeting of two important artistic forces. The Saint Louis
Rep., one of the most important player companies in the state of Missouri gets the
chance to use the prime facilities of Webster University, and the students at
Webster U. Conservatory get the opportunity to work in professional productions.

The big winner in this alliance is the community, which gets the chance to enjoy
class A productions right in their backyard, almost literally. The Rep celebrates
this Union with the Opening Of their new play: The Lieutenant of Inishmore
(September 17–October 12, 2008). Which is certain to make more theatre goes out of
the people in Missouri.
