Press Release Summary: Rocky Top Hospitality Restaurant Resumes Business After
Renovations

Press Release Body: FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality
(www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that The Mash House is unveiling its
newly remodeled kitchen and interior on Friday July 25 for dinner. The restaurant’s
remodeling was focused on modernizing the kitchen, in which new equipment will allow
the restaurant more freedom with menu changes. The revised menu includes several
innovative items including a 16-ounce bone-in rib eye, shrimp and crab stuffed
flounder and oysters three ways. Other renovations include interior painting,
artwork and the implementation of the restaurant’s new logo. Next summer the
restaurant will undergo further changes when the bar is remodeled to include a new
audio and visual package.

The Mash House, located in Fayetteville at 4150 Sycamore Dairy Rd., is known for its
wide selection, non-chain choices and hearty fares of steaks, chops and seafood.
The handcrafted Mash House beers are brewed on site to ensure premium freshness,
quality and character. The beer is made with no preservatives and only the finest
ingredients. The restaurant features daily food and drink specials such as APP-y
Hour, Late Night Munchies and Love Your Lunch. Private areas, including an outdoor
patio, are available for personal parties and brewery tours are available by
appointment. For more information, visit the Web site at www.themashhouse.com or

About Rocky Top Hospitality:
Rocky Top Hospitality has been devoted to improving Raleigh, North Carolina’s local

Oven and Seafood Grill was the culmination of years of planning by Dean Ogan. Six
other restaurants have now opened under the Rocky Top Hospitality name. New
restaurants are always built from the menu-out, so the emphasis is always on the
