first in the industry. Multi-color printed steel sheets of cold rolled flat products
have various individual color and design of specially designed embossing utilizing
the screen halftone printing technique.

This product has excellent productivity, chemical resistance, weatherability, which
prevents the toxic gases in case of fire to maintain the circulation fresh. It is
also an environmentally friendly non-inflammable new material which does not
discharge environmental hormones such as dioxin by incineration and soil
pollution by disposal since it is recycled at high temperature. Lamina steel sheet,
with PVC lamina film adhered to the surface of metal sheet, or a processed wood
material such as MDF generates toxic gases and volatile organic compounds on fire,
which has done plenty of harm to human's life and environment.

The products are applicable to interior and exterior materials for construction,
fire door, marine interior materials, steel furniture and electric appliances
exterior materials.

Multi color printed metal sheet combined with patent technology ‘screen dot pattern
print’ are invented by MCMTEC for the first time in the world. The technology is
already completed the patent registration in Korea, USA and China and is on the
progress in Japan and EU.

In spite of the downfall of the economy, their exports are already up 100%
year-on-year, and they expect the big contract with a Chinese company soon.
