announce that the Tampa Bay Area business community will be welcoming
Ret. Lt. Gen. Russel L. Honoré who will speak on the importance of“Leadership and Preparedness in the 21st Century.” The dinner event
will be held at the Centre Club, 123 S Westshore Blvd., Tampa, Florida
on Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 5:30-9:00 pm; those attending will
receive a personalized autographed edition of the General’s recent

Over a 37- year US Army career, General Honoré oversaw the training and deployment
of over 500,000 military service members. He became a familiar face in 2005, when
he commanded Joint Task Force Katrina. Today he is a powerful American voice
offering thought-provoking commentary on the merits of leadership and preparedness.
“The evening should prove to be a memorable experience,” said Ralph V. Frasca, Jr.,
CEO of Grand ISS. “The good General is a champion of disaster readiness. He will
share his know-how to best prepare to stay safe and secure– a message that benefits
us all. It is an honor to our community to have this opportunity to hear from
General Honoré, and at the same time pay tribute to America’s military heroes and
raise money for those who have sacrificed.”
